Updated to 1.19 and Java 18

plus rewrite for efficiency

I wrote this plugin when I was still learning. I am now much more experienced and have re-written this plugin. It is very straight-forward, and will always stay that way

Now confirmed both Java 7 and Java 8 working.

compiled with java 7 for J7 & J8 cross-support

realized i was using per world support very wrong, it actually wasn't working..
