You can enable/disable crafting in config.yml.
You can add items in the config that can be crafted.

nocraft.craft (to bypass No Crafting )
Guide
1. Go to your spigot server in the plugins folder.
2. Put NoCrafting.jar in the plugins folder.
3. Restart your server.
4. Enjoy
