Updated admin permission to:

Instead of:

Fixed player data folder not being created on startup.
Update to make sure that when you teleport you don't lose the night vision effect!
Updated the Java version from 16 to 15.
Fixed bug not giving infinite night vision effect!

Fixed an issue were it didn't save the player data if you enable someone else night vision.

Remade it so the player data will be read and written faster and without lag.
