In this version I only "updated" some code and made it better.
I also added so that you can do /nv & /nv <player> and that will give you or the specified player night vision that doesn't run out.

It is now possible to activate NightVision for a specified time!

I just fixed a spelling error!

Added in this update:
- /nv <player> I added a new command which gives you access to give other players Night Vision. You also need a permission to do this command: nightvision.nv.others
I just fixed some permission bugs from 2.0!
Here is a new update with the following things:
- Config file! I added a Config file where you can change some messages.
- Removed some commands! I removed some commands that were not necessary.
- Optimized the whole plugin! I basicly recoded the whole plugin.
The plugin is currently broken! I am trying to fix it as fast as I can!
