Read the error for one second... you are missing the Resources dependency. It is listed on the setup guide as a dependency. Heres a link for convenience: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/resources.101773/

this plugin is not advertised to work on 1.16.5

this plugin make my server have 12 tps and sometimes cause crash or player to lag out. needs work not good for using........................

if you join the support discord linked on the plugin overview i may be able to help you diagnose the issue, as this plugin (on its own) has not caused any lag on my test server, nor has lagged out any of the players i have tested with

Amazing plugin, I got the chance to listen to some songs with this a while ago, it was a really good experience and I had no performance issues at my end at all (with shaders).
