This one is extremely simple:
The nexus makes a beacon activated sound when placed and a faction is created

Bug fixes and new features
New features
  • The chunk the nexus is in is now auto claimed
    • To achieve this the faction is automatically given extra power to allow for the chunk to be claimed
  • The chunk the nexus is in cannot be unclaimed
    • /factions unclaimall will now not be able to unclaim the chunk the nexus is in
Bug fixes
  • Factions can no longer run /factions disband by renaming to deleteMe
