Added Scoreboard With PlaceholderAPI SUPPORT

- Customizable in the new settings.yml file.

Added Spawn/setspawn Commands
- /setspawn to set spawn and /spawn for spawn.
(Now requires PlaceholderAPI)​

Added sfx to the /nexus reload command.
- try it out! /nexus reload
Changed the troll commands (/demo,/credits)
- Got rid of it showing who did /demo or /credits, just so its a secret!
Made the welcome highlighted text bold (not a big deal but)

Update Aliases for Store
Fixed issue with aliase /buy overlapping with the plugin Tebex​
