Changes & Improvements:
- Added Nexo Configuration Menu (/nexo config)
- New option to toggle PvP individually for each Nexo
- `/nexo add <player>` now properly assigns the shared Nexo
- Added members can no longer create their own Nexo if they already belong to one
- Players are now teleported directly to their Nexo after creation
- Minor bug fixes and performance improvements
