A complete rewrite of the NewSimpleWaypoints plugin. Now uses Sqlite to store waypoints, and saves the rotation data across server restarts. There is also new functionality in the /wlist command where one can search for waypoints with a particular string in their name.

The wlist command has been improved.

Added tab completion and feedback, changed listwps format slightly. Also added nswreload command to reload config and data files.
