2.8.9.3? You might think what happened to 2.8.9.1 and 2.8.9.2? Those versions were released in the discord server and now I'm releasing 2.8.9.3 on spigotmc to prevent issues with BungeeCord that supports 1.16.3.

- Added 1.16.3 support.
- Added global punishment commands to spigot. They can be used by the console or anticheat plugins.
- Fixed issue with stripping hex colors from strings when neccesary.
- Fixed issue with title announcements.
- Fixed issue with mysql 64 character limit in nicknames
