Added version of plugin in /nessentials

/vanish or /v puts you or the specified player in vanish. You will still be in vanish on relog. It will disable join and leave messages for you when you leave or join while in vanish. You can see other Vanished people when vanished. Stays vanish upon death. Please un vanish before disabling plugin using plugman (DOES NOT INCLUDE /reload confirm or /nessentials reload.)

ADDED MAINTENANCE!! (Worked on it for a while now)
Added a update notifier so when a new update comes out the plugin will let you know. (Notifies the person with the permission "nessentials.*")
