minor bug fixes
-saplings no longer replace partial blocks
-added isAir to config file allowing saplings to plant in grass air and firns by default

added support for crops and refined the config file
new command:
- /doPlaceCrops [true | false] #changes the config file

config allows the user to add or remove items that will be placed instead of Despawning. as well as disable/enable despawn placements and 2x2 despawn placements
