Allows nametags to be used on naturally spawned Creaking (Creaking_Transient entities), transforming them into the version spawned by commands and spawn-eggs. This makes it possible to easily use them for anything you want without them despawning during the day or when getting too far like they would normally

Note that this will cause the Creaking Heart to spawn a new Creaking as the entity associated with it is removed

The Winter Drop Datapack must be enabled in a World on a Server running 1.21.3 for the plugin to be able to work
