- added an optional cooldown to the command that gets the name history of a player. use this to prevent players from spamming the command and overloading the server with tons of http requests

added config option "show-link". if true, the messages in a players name history will show "click to open namemc" when you hover over it and if you click you go to the players name mc page

- added option in config to show uuid of a player in their history. click the uuid in chat to copy it

added individual permissions to each command

- implemented gson parsing of http reponse
- optimized and separated code, also cleaned up
- added more options in config to configure every message sent by the plugin
