Now warps works very well!

New features added:
- Setwarp.
* Creates a warp in "warps.yml"
Commands:
- /setwarp {warpName} {IsPublic?}
The last param (isPublic) is optional, by default every warp is public. If isPublic has "false". You have to add the permission "warpsystem.use.{warpName}" to allows to some players to use the warp

- /DelWarp
* Basically, it deletes some warp. for security, It request a confirmation (Just repeat the command)

*/Warp {warpName}
*Teleports to some warp previous saved.

Note: The config for this feature is in "/Commands/WarpSystem.yml" and it has a option called "ExplicitMode" that defines if the warp name is showed too when a player uses /warps.

REMEMBER to erase and load again the files in the folder "Languages" if you are updating. Just, for prevent issues.
Yo can also see in github the new files generated to just copy and paste the new things added.
I'm sorry for this but, I'm doing a lot of changes and it's necessary until I end with almost all features.

Next step: Personal warps

This update add all the neccesary things to help me to add more features without break my brain trying to made work all without touch something else. Basically, it's like a organitation update
Now, its going to be more easy to add more languages.

Changes:

God:
* All messages are linked to the language selected (since config.yml)

Heal:
* All messages are linked to the language selected.
* Enable/Disable option has been added
* Now has a individual config file (Commands/Heal.yml)

Now, as all the basic it's made. I can start to add more features.

Next step: Warp system

/God and /heal are now avaiable.
To upload the config.yml just copy you actual config, save in somewhere else, then, erase the config.yml and start the server to let the plugin generate a new config.yml.
After that, just replace your custom config.yml without remove "God" and "Heal" sections.

In future updates, I'll orginaze every command in his own carpet

Now, it's compatible with 1.8 ~ 1.17 spigot version
