80 character review kinda wack, obviously this plugin isn't useful but a good start!

The plugin is fine, it is very basic but to be your first it is fine, I recommend that you make plugins that can serve other people on your server. I hope you keep learning more about Java and you can create a great project! (I give it 3 stars for how basic it is)
