This was the first plugin I created, and I made a better version of it.

Commands:
/blackcat
/whitecat
/britishcat
/calicocat
/jelliecat
/persiancat
/ragdollcat
/redcat
/siamesecat
/tabbycat
/tuxedocat

For the permissions, its the type of cat, followed by spawn
Example: whitecat.spawn
Ops can spawn each type of cat.
