Yes, I know. There are already plugins like this on SpigotMC.
But with plugins like BetterSleeping you must pay to change the chat prefix.
MultiSleep offers this for free with Skript.

What is Skript?
Skript is a way to write plugins in an easy way.

If you installed the plugin go to your server files > plugins > skript > scripts and add this file to the folder.
After restarting your server MultiSleep will work and start.
