About MSG+:
MSG+ or MSGplus, is a simple plugin, enabling players to send private messages to each other, with some customizable configurations and sounds.
With that being said, this is also my first plugin I've ever made and published, so please don't be too harsh.

If you use it with 1.9:
- You MUST change to config.yml of the plugin's sounds to something else (both sounds are 1.8 only), you can see a list of all sounds here: https://helpch.at/docs/1.9/org/bukkit/Sound.html.
