MOTD Changer -----
This plugin allows you to change server's MOTD in-game and set a Rotating MOTD1.8.2 - Fixed a little mistake with updates
Thanks to Nety for his report. ^^
The mistake I made was to not change the project version but yes the plugin version so you were wrongly update notified in 1.8.1 version
