This update is for 1.21.10 for now, I will be making some backports here soon back until 1.16, I just need to find the time!



Removed doesVinesSpread as you can do this in vanilla by shearing them
Had to remove canAnvilCostTooMuch for now as it is near impossible to do server side in a stable format.

Before I move on to updating to 1.21.9 I wanted to make one final update to ensure that paper and spigot were also on the same level of polish as neoforge and fabric so I've added their missing gamerules:

This update is a bit small for fabric and forge, as they just get a small update to fix some bugs, but nothing major.

This update however adds support for spigot and its forks, instead of previously only supporting paper and its forks.
