THIS PLUGIN DEPENDS ON FACTIONSUUID BY drtshock

This plugin is just a very basic plugin that adds 3 pings Pingblock, PingChest, And PingEntity. The reason for making this resource was to allow my players to make more useful pings like if raiding you can ping the exact block you want to aim barrel at with ought having to stand there and tell your faction the cords. Or another example is when pvping, You can now ping the player you are fighting for your faction and they will be highlighted in spectral effect for 200 ticks or 10 seconds.

I do plan on expanding this plugin to add all features I think are currently missing from FactionsUUID along with adding configurable options for all of the features here is a to-do list of all the features I plan on adding.
