Change Notes:
- Added the option to show the kill message above the hotbar instead of chat.
- Added two new permissions to change where the kill message is displayed to players:
moneydrops.chat:

• If true, the kill message will appear in the chat to the killer player.

moneydrops.action:

• If true, the kill message will appear in the action bar, above the hotbar.
