Added "defaults" to the config, which means that now players can be given access to the referral system and they will be able to create a code, but they will not be able to change the prizes.
That is, the prizes are prepared in advance by the administration, and the player can create an invitation for friends!
Plans: to add prizes that are given to the creator of the referral.
