MobsToEggs 1.3.1 - Permission and Item frame fixes
UPDATED:
  • No longer tries to find a spawn egg for an item frame when hit by an egg.
  • Fixed permissions when setting use-permission to true, mobstoeggs.catch.* now allows all mobs to be caught.
