Mob Spawn Control -----
Control the rate of mob spawning above a certian y value(Nerf pigman farms)I made this plugin to nerf the efficiency of nether xp farms on my server.
All you do is set the mobs, the spawn chance and the height it takes effect.
spawnChance of '1' would be vanilla(spigot/paper) spawning
