- [Improvement] Made given banner items configurable. This allows you to define banners for new mobs before I update the plugin.
- [Improvement] Made it possible to disable banners by setting Reward_every_x_mobs to 0 or -1
- [Improvement] Configuration errors are now warned about during plugin enable.
- [Feature] It is now possible to configure a command to be run by console whenever a banner is awarded.

- Fixed conflict with Essentials when /give command was overridden, causing "Unknown item name" error - Now using /minecraft:give instead to avoid conflicts.
- Fixed /banners reload not reloading the config
- Added an error message "[MobBanners] Banner could not be awarded, make sure the server is version 1.16+" if a banner that needs 1.16 is attempted to be awarded on an older server version
- Fixed a NPE I missed that occurred when Player killed no mobs and left
