It seems your MMOItems version is outdated, try MMOItems 6.5.7 (And MythicLib 1.0.19?

Yes you can, you can use any block at all, even modded blocks if your server is running Forge.

Works with 1.16.1. No issues at all, works like a charm and have already added custom modeled consumables to grow with this. An absolute wonderful add on and needs to be added to the standalone plugin.

Actually the best way to make GooP fully work with 1.16 does include support all the way back to 1.13.

It is GooP the one with the errors, as it is hard-coded for 1.14 (and thus needs to cover 1.15 and 1.16).

Thank you much for this error logs, allows me to make sure Im covering every error.
