So after contacting the support i was able for the plugin to work what i did was going to the offcial Website and downlaod the latest Dev builds at https://phoenixdevt.fr/devbuilds, if you are having trouble with the plugins like i did join discord and talk with support this plugins do not work for the PaperMC above 1.24.4... so if you are 1.24.5 and above it wont work.

as i was explaining in the MMOLib (MythicLib) plugin i'm trying to use this both plugins both stay broken in my server, i was using PaperMC 1.21.6 and was told to downgrade to 1.21.4 still the plugins are broken for me is there any solution anything? i asked on discord but with no sucess.

A really good plugin, really. I even recommend using it with other plugins that can go with it, like MMOInventory, etc.

So I haven't had exactly a ton of time to test out this resource, but it comes with alot of versatility and the ability to tweak it for your needs as well as alot of people have made class packs for it so its definitley one of the most used MMO systems out there, and what they say about the discord support and Taner being a robot is just propaganda robots are not taking over your planet. but Taner is very active in giving out help to his buyers of his products.

MMOCore is just like MMOItems when it comes to customization—there's a lot you can do, but it's not gonna set itself up for you. It gives you a ton of RPG features like levels, stats, and skills, but you’ll need to spend some time learning how it all works. It’s definitely easier than MythicMobs, but still not something you’ll figure out in five minutes.

Again, the wiki is your best friend. Everything you need is written down, and if you actually read through it, you'll save yourself a lot of headaches. Sure, you can hop into the Discord for support, and people are helpful, but if you’re asking stuff before even checking the wiki, you might want to ask yourself if you're really ready for a system this detailed. MMOCore isn't plug-and-play—you’ll have to tweak things to make it suit your server’s vibe.

As for stability? It works great. No bugs from what I've seen, and Taner is quick to help if you run into any issues. But yeah, just like MMOItems, you need to have a bit of basic server knowledge to get things running smoothly.

So, if you're into making a detailed RPG experience and you're cool with putting in the effort, MMOCore is amazing. But if you're after something simple and ready to go, you might want to look elsewhere.

This plugin is still good, I haven't used it in a long time but when I come back it is still the number 1 choice to use for servers, still easy to use and has enough features for most types of servers.

If you read some bad reviews, don't believe them. You can get support on Discord after verifying your purchase. Support can be slow due to different time zones but you will still receive support so don't worry.

Pretty much abandoned, zero communication on when 1.21 will be supported, some minor bug fix every 4 weeks and then radio silence.

I want to like this plugin desperately, it does leveling exactly how I want it but I cannot recommend this to anyone in it's current state. And I highly doubt that will change anytime soon, I will be switching to the first possible alternative that shows up.

The last review about the support: NOT AGREE. This is one of the fastest discord server where I got support, asked stupid stuff and got replies faster than anywhere. Also, he has a lot of hooks with plugins that blow your mind (such QuestCreator or their own plugins, this along MMOInventory + MMOItems can do such goodies on a RPG server).

The updates aren't that fast, but since they do have tons of modules it's comprehensible they need time to make everything work without break anything. FFS, buy it, worth the money guys!

The plugin doesn't work on my server since I did some updates and I tried to fix it and I asked them for some help at the Verified Support... And all I got is "ask MM discord".. All I asked was which one is the latest mm version that is supported by this plugin. They didn't answer. This plugin changed my life. I have been building a massive RPG server on bedrock for the longest time, and when I switched to Java I was looking for options. I originally switched to expand the server, and take advantage of many powerful plugins. I had come across this one when it was a part of the MythicMobs collection, and I was enthralled. It took many months of configuration and setup to get it looking the way I want, but oh my, once u get it setup, only the sky is the limit. This plugin is truly powerful, flexible, and a must-have for any RPG server.

If you're looking to use this on a multi-server setup with MySQL, you'll want to hold off on buying this plugin. It currently has issues syncing data. Players constantly lose progress and it's a major pain. I've reported similar issues a million times, every time the developers close my github issues and claim to have fixed it but they never do. I have similar issues with another plugin from these developers, MMOInventory and have also reported the issues for months now. They clearly lack the ability to handle anything utilizing MySQL data storage because it's been months and months and both plugins are STILL unusable.

Pretty good plugin, custom stats are really cool. Just doesn't support disabling buffs in regions. Really makes it impossible to not make your server revolve completely around this plugin when every buff (speed, damage, max hp, etc) can't be turned off in specific regions.

I been using mmoitems for the past 3 years. I can say that the devs have the experience to deliver quality content. MMOcore won't be any different.

Been using this plugin for 2yr now, finally got a round to digging deep into it and heavily modding my player experience. The scale and depth of what you can customize is absolutely incredible. I've now spent nearly 300hrs configuring MMOCore with MythicLib, MMOItems all tied into MythicMobs. My server is now becoming the realization of a 3yr old dream thanks to the Phoenix Development suite of plugins.

Like all of the MMO plugins (Core, Items and Inventory) I can't recommend buying them in their current state. I've tried really hard to be patient, have been developing my current server with them at the core for over 900 hours just praying the whole time that the devs get it together and fix everything, but now I'm not even sure if I can launch because these plugins are absolutely RIDDLED with game breaking bugs that prevent them from being seriously usable on a production server.

There are tons of new issues popping up every day, the discord is absolutely flooded with complaints. I feel bad because the only active support (Bless you Taner) has no option but to ask people reporting bugs to open a github issue so that HOPEFULLY one of the developers will address the issue.

But here's the main problem, the devs either outright IGNORE the issues created, randomly closing them a month+ later with no response or resolution, or they comment "Join discord for support" and close the issue. Like, I just came from discord and was TOLD to open an issue here, now I'm meant to go back just so I can be told to open another github issue?

And then on top of all this, with all of the issues piling up and the developers not paying them any mind, they are showcasing RANDOM garbage features that NOBODY wants (seriously, 3D GUIs? that's a joke right? who wants that?), which means they DO have the time to fix the problems they just choose to spend it on nonsense while ignoring that their plugins are literally falling apart. It's just a sh*t show, and a shame because the core of these plugins all have so much potential.

MMOCore is one of the best, if not the best MMO plugin on spigot. It's fully featured and yet most importantly, Open source. As a personal advocate for it, it's great seeing such a great plugin being open source. Other than the ocassional roadblocks and the configs I use becoming out of date and broken when updating the plugin, it's a generally fantastic experience.

It is a great plugin and I like it a lot but in version 1.19 custom mining dop porcentaje not work, always drop the object.

My only problem with MMO Core was that it was somewhat restrictive, limited to one class so no way to add classes and races etc, no permission unlocks for skills. But now they are adding a lot of new features, looking forward to the new stuff, so the plugin really does deserve 5 stars!

Hope we also get toggle skills, cast and it stays "on" until recast or out of mana!

Takes ages to get verified in their discord, also takes ages for them to accept the Spigot purchase to their own website so I basically can't use this plugin for my 1.18.2 server since they don't update it on this website.

Well its sad its come to this but i own every plugin this dev makes. they release updates without testing them. the dev confirmed that the plugin is broken on spigotmc but if you go to their website you can download the dev build wich works fine only problem is you need to verify and you cant verify. ive been waiting on verification for over a year. to top things off the head of the development team instead of trying to keep my as a customer told me im out of luck. i told him that id be writing this review and he told me hed put his dick in my but.....totally unprofessional

Support is fairly quick if you use their discord for general support questions, and nearly everything can be answered in there. Keep in mind, the creating staff are not often the ones who will be helping you as they are busy creating great content for their userbase.

Some aspects of this plugin are fairly barebones, as they are new and are being worked on. MMOCore allows for users to use other plugins to handle these modules as they may be more in depth, For Now. The party system comes to mind.

Be sure to go to the MythicCraft site and get the Dev builds as the MMO family of plugins are always changing and being updated with changes that only make the plugins better. The price is really worth it.

Overall, MMOCore and the MMO family of plugins are a must have for anyone who wants to fully customize their server to be exactly how they want and have their own unique take on an MMO world getting away from the myriad of other cookie cutter MMO servers there are out there.

I like the plugin but it is outdated and when requesting access to the latest version of the official page in the discord, not a creator or administrator was able to give it, which does not give a good image of them...

I bough MMOCore 2 days ago. I've tried to understand as much as i could with the specific mod and tried to enable most of the features that advertises.

I would put 3 stars because the mod has a potential but so far they do not have a solid and clean wiki to guide you through the process.
There is a massive discord server that they never reply back o your tickets and this is furstrating.
It does the job but not 100%. There are also other things to consider when you try to buy something and for me is the after sales support which on this case nothing is there..
Features are broken and dont work as they should and you have to wait for them to fix them..
If you buy it from here you are not getting the developmenet builds because you are not able to get verified or at least nobody explains how to get verified in order to get dev builds and discord roles etc.

I dunno but i felt really that so far the money i gave about this mod at least till now they do not mirror on my eyes.

I wish i could get an assistance and not trying to find who is the responsible person and try to get help..

Please update mmoitems to 6.6.6, but now the official website version of mmoitems is still 6.6.1, which causes me to use core 1.8.3 with frequent errors and can not be used.

Party system not working and bug fixes are slow.

I came with a review, before this one, kinda upset bout the quality of documentation and some aspects of the plugin.
Since im a user of another one i was looking to have the, same or close to it, configuration im using but i ended up finding some problems (to my end)

Changing cuz since i own mmoitems and mythicmobs(used to pay for it but now im under free one) i thought i should give a try to their rpg plugin.

So when trying to set things up i found hard to get into adding attributes and some other parts of it and came to make a review.. and that was made after getting upset due trying to solve errors made by not being able to get proper info from wiki..
BUT, then, the dev came to talk to me after the review, need to tell that his approach was in a very nice way, telling me that he made changes to improve the wiki.

The changes made it crystal clear and its moer complete than before (ofc)

Though it would be cool to have some other parts updated too, i wont be asking for cuz i hope they take a look.
Its like, having a bit more depth info would be bad..

i have adhd and(not saying everyone has) but having some pages with more detail would be amazing.

4* cuz i cant get over level 100 on configuration for max level but i hope to be able in a future update.. im fan of scaling classes levels and being able to have people go for 999 or so levels.. they feel like (im powerful)

i can't use OnAttack Mechanic.... , when i down to MMOcore 1.7.0 i can use but can't create passive skill

documentation is poor, creation aspect is misleading "No limitations" "beautiful display in game" there's no creation GUI in game and actually requires you to code whatever you want into files (credit given, coding it isn't awfully difficult as its very simple) also support is very slow, and normally resulting in a very unspecified or unhelpful answer. Take this review with a pinch of salt as it could have been a bad day for them, but I would strongly advise you look for a different plugin more worth your money!

Really well written and works great, i love the party system, the configuration options are amazing as well. It integrates with a lot of great plugins. The wiki documentation is a bit weak and outdated, and unlike others i tried to get support on discord and after days still no reply so i docked a star for the documentation and support. Tried to create custom attributes and the way they link into the class selection screen is not explained well so now existing stats do not display properly. Still highly recommend. Hopefully it was a slow weekend for support…

No errors either, so people who are complaining in the reviews just need to open a support ticket on Discord. The reviews are no place to get your issues resolved.

Honestly, I've had amazing help with both mmocore, and mmoitems, even pre-purchasing. John namely has been amazing to me and has been accommodating me above and beyond.

The plugin is amazing, and paired with mmoitems (a must-have really in my opinion, and well worth the money) it's unbeatable. It has example items and skills that actually make my life a heck of a lot easier for what I intend to do. Both plugins are worth being premium and their cost, alone. The support I got though, would be worth way more.

Plugin full of errors and with serious problems when saving data.

In the latest version a fix was promised to all the problems related to saving information and it has only gotten worse.

All the MySQL of my server has been affected and here I am, giving support, so that the problem repeats itself.

Not to mention, countless more bugs that I have reported that have not been fixed.

Like problems with the Boss-Barr of the missions, which makes them impossible to do.

Or the problem of regenerating blocks in the RPG world, which has stopped working for no reason and now I have to fix the whole RPG world.

I expected a lot more from this development team.

Its a great plugin with, I'm very happy with it. It seems that the developers are developing the plugin more and more actively. It still has a lot of bugs, but as far as I can see they're working on them (its 146 opened issuses in gitlab, not all of them are confirmed, but still...). I recommend it for everyone who want rpg elements on server.

Been using this plugin for a while.
Although this plugin still has rooms for improvement as lots of features are still in early stage, it functions flawlessly and if you are looking for a RPG plugin this is the one to go.

I can't even think of where to start describing MMOCore.

lets just say:
1. Need classes for RPG? This plugin got your back! From Custom classes, to attributes, to skills, to perks! You can even make your own class with its own sub class and skillset!
2. Professions or "Jobs", no need to have those job plugins this one has its own and you can make your own too! from what happens when you break blocks, fish, smelt, etc etc. to customized drops when you break/kill targets! it has you covered!
3. stats? higher damage? higher HP? Mana system? it also has it!

what I love about this plugin is its ability to bring that "RPG" element to life that you can customize it to not just have "The Biggest and Badass" role, but also make one that has Support types, nukers, tankers, kites, and more!

I personally use this together with DungeonsXL and Mythic mobs and people have been enjoying it.. ALOT! We have healers, debuffers, mages, warriors, tankers, nukers, etc etc! its either ganging up on boss monsters, or just good old Guild Wars! It's all in your fingertips as long as you know what you want to make!

MMOCore is a must-have for any RPG server! It has an expansive set of features, it's super customizable and has some awesome integrations with MythicMobs, PlaceholderAPI and more to make it that much easier to create the RPG (or MMORPG) of your dreams!

Great plugin with lots of customization options available. Everything the plugin says in messages can be changed, commands can be changed, can be used in conjunction with mythic mobs to make some pretty amazing skills for all of your custom classes. One of the best all-in-one RPG plugins out there, the staff has been extremely helpful in helping me set up my server in the exact way I want it and has taught me how to use the plugin and troubleshoot through their wiki! I would recommend this to anyone out there looking for an all-in-one, fully customizable RPG plugin.

This will be my third and last review of MMOCore. I have removed the two previous reviews accordingly.

I want to explain briefly for what purpose we originally bought MMOCore - We are working on a very large RPG project for a German server. Our team consists of very experienced people, some of whom have developed or maintained their own servers for many years. With MMOCore we wanted to realise our vision of an RPG server with MMO elements.

Unfortunately, despite several attempts and approaches we had to find out that MMOCore is theoretically exactly what we would have wished for, but in practice after a few months it results in a rather sobering up to destructive overall picture.

One of the big problems of MMOCore seems to be that the team behind it seems to be overwhelmed by the complexity of their plugin itself. This starts with the rather deficient, incomplete and often not up-to-date documentation, continues with the maximum rudimentary support and ends with the actual components of the plugin.

MMOCore looks extremely good on paper. All the promises are what someone with the goal of an own MMO would wish for. And certainly, the developers of the plugin originally had the goal to realise exactly that. Unfortunately, they have failed at least so far because of their own ambitions, it seems.

Many of the individual components of MMOCore are implemented in a rudimentary form at most, are only developed further to a limited extent or have bugs. Important components only work in combination with other no less complex plugins. If you want to use MMOCore without these additional plugins, you will not get much more than a basic framework that could hardly be extended.

Unfortunately, even after months the overall picture is that components are not completed and instead either new unfinished "features" are implemented or it only progresses in extremely small steps. For this you only have to look at the changelog and you don't have to trust my words.

MMOCore is ingenious from the idea and it is more than understandable that it is an extremely complex and extensive project. Anyone who wants to do something like that should want to work on it. This can only be seen to a very limited extent here. There are more unfinished parts than you could count. The whole thing is a big patchwork carpet that tends to get bigger rather than smaller. Somewhere there seems to be no plan how to work on problems and components in a structured and targeted way. At least this plan is not recognisable from the outside.

My rating is not intended to belittle the work of the people behind the plugin. We just had the feeling in many places that the sheer complexity was too much to handle for them and that they should have either released the plugin later or focused on certain areas. You try to offer everything that you think players want, but none of it is really finished. Who is supposed to get something out of this, can one ask?

For whom is MMOCore suitable? I would not reject MOCore in principle. But you should be aware of a few things in advance. MMOCore is not finished and probably won't be for a long time. It is functional, but also with some limitations. MMOCore is extremely complex and only works fully in combination with other plugins (e.g. MythicMobs). The documentation is rather rudimentary and often enough incomplete or not up-to-date. There is no such thing as extended guides or even video tutorials. Whether you get help in the Discord is often enough a matter of luck. Especially when it comes to more complex issues. MMOCore is certainly not aimed at beginners or people who are looking for a ready-made solution. Those who have no idea about coding will run aground at the latest when creating their own skills. It will take months until you have an operational server with MMOCore. Many months.

I do not want to advise anyone against MMOCore. That would not be fair either. The bottom line is that the plugin can offer something. One should only think very, very carefully whether one can and wants to live with the problems and hurdles mentioned above. If you can, then the plugin can certainly become a great server. After much time.

The developers should ask themselves what they want at all, and whether less is not sometimes also more. If there is a master plan on how to tackle all the problems, then maybe you should talk about it. Because at the moment it looks as if you are just doing the bare minimum, and you seem extremely headless. Please do not see this as a personal attack. I don't know any of you and I have a lot of respect for what you are doing here. I only mean that you are obviously overdoing it and you should look at what is important to yourself. But that is also just my opinion. One opinion among many.

We wish you all the best for the future. We will not continue to use MMOCore. We have wasted too much time working out solutions ourselves, only to find out that the documentation was wrong. Many areas are simply too incomplete and are often better covered by single plugins. Either way it was an exciting experience.

I'm torn. I love MMOItems and I really want to love MMOCore. There just isn't enough on this plugin to make it worth the price tag, and the updates haven't been coming. While I do like the profession and class system, its somewhat barebones like most features on this plugin. I love the team and the whole discord, but this plugin feels very bare still after so long.

I'm really curious about supporters and devs because they don't give support even I purchased these plugins.
Plugins were really good but documents are old and won't update.
Some people asked over 10 times but they still did not get an answer.
I purchased MMOitems, MMOcore on the spigot, and also I bought tons of premium plugins but these plugins were the worst support ever.
When users buying plugin, they wanted priority support not only resources of them. That why paying plugin without using a cracked version.
I read their plugin documents but really short for setup (even some commands did not write on a page like exp-booster parameters)
I'm planning to purchase mythic mobs when I bought mmoitems and mmocore but now I canceled this plan for these reasons.
As I said those plugins are really good but support is really crap.

The plugin is good don't get me wrong but the support is absolutely horrible the documentation lacks all kind of useful information and there are countless of bugs that do not get fixed.

Boosters are bugged, Exp giving rate is bugged, Professions are bugged.

Especially the booster part is pissing me off as it's something I wanted to use on my server.

Excellent plugin that will provide your server a lot unique features. You can easily make settings u want.

For someone who wants to create an RPG or MMORPG server this is the best plugin for that, with it you can create everything you want from classes, skills, coins etc., have missions and much more

Great programming with amateur documentation. It is not the amount of customization this plugin has which makes it take a while to setup, but rather the mediocrity of the feature write-ups. You will find different sources of information for the plugin with different descriptions of features, inconsistencies, lack of tutorial/guides, lack of description for what things do in MMOCore. There is no clear way-in for people who are unfamiliar with Mythic plugins but interested in their usage.

Infinitely deep customization. This will be the backbone of our new server. A group of admins purchased this and several of the related mods, MMOItems and soon to get MythicMobs, to set up from scratch a new RPG server. Having a blast not knowing what we're doing trying to decipher this masterpiece into our own mmo. Devs are very responsive in Discord.

It's long overdue for a review, again as written on the mmoitem review section that this is a backbone for my server for 1+ year now. Indy has been great, the dev team has been splendid, love em.

I once read reviews saying the team behind these plugins were arrogant and unhelpful. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it's absolutely the opposite. In fact, I requested a feature and it was implemented in the same day via a dev build, and while I'm sure that's VERY non-typical, it was extremely surprising and impressive that they don't just pretend to care about feedback and ideas - they honestly do consider them and if a good idea is floated their way, they'll probably look into adding it at some point.

Sexiest RPG plugin on the market. It can take a while to set up and get used to, but it's super customizable unlike many other plugins. If you're ambitious about your server, get this.

And I have a problem, when changing the player class with the command /mmocore admin class
A problem occurs, that its level is not modified, for example it is in warrior level 10 and when it changes to a magician with the command, it changes as a magician level 10, but if its magician class is level 15. something happens that the level is not located well, it replaces the other classes.
These improvements will help a lot, have a nice day :)

MMOCore is an invaluable resource in crafting an RPG Minecraft experience! It is super customizable and you can change so many settings, along with the ability to add your own custom skills from MythicMobs. High recommend this plugin.

MMOCore is an incredibly customisable MMO plugin. Has practically all the features you could ask for, such as player classes, subclasses, regenerating ores, a professions system and so much more! Not only that, but the dev/support team are very active, and it even has integration with numerous other plugins such as MythicMobs! This plugin is a game changer for your server.

Really good plugin, many features available and this might actually be the best RPG plugin for any minecraft servers at the moment.

A wonderful plugin to use- for those creating a new RPG server, or simply trying to overhaul combat mechanics in their server, this plugin is a near must-have.

While this plugin is lacking in some specific functionality, it's refreshing to see these dedicated developers working to build the solid foundation they've created for this plugin. Currently, quests & party systems are slightly lacking- however, I have no doubt that concerns will be amended in the near future.

I know that there's a bunch of RPG class and skill thing around spigot. But this is different. The support team is very helpful, features are coming in a lot and they listen to suggestions.

And also the fact that they're now part of the MythicCraft (MythicMobs group) just makes it way better. MM was known for its' community and I will not be surprised to see this plugin grown to be as big or bigger than mythicmobs.

It includes all features you would need to setup your own RPG server, ranging from Quests to Classes. MMOCore also has a built in support for MythicMobs, allowing you to create unique spells for your classes.

Other great feature is the expansion with MMOItems, which allows you to make better crafting based on professions, restrict item usage based on Class & Level, integrate attribute restrictions on your items and more!

i highly recommend getting this plugin, as the team behind it is really active, friendly and helpful, always ready to help you when you need.
