Because of a error or a big delay in SpigotMC.org's API the plugin has problem to tell, when an update is available, so I decided to change the update message so that it display the current and the "new" version.

Fix

In console or player with permission if old version installed: "[Missing_Colors] new update is available at: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/55489/updates"

Fixed problem when replacing a "&" without color code

A player will now need OP or the Permission "missing_colors.signs" to use the Formatting Codes!
