Permission changes (very important!!!):
- Minoriamarkt.rent.create -> Minoriamarkt.Rent.Create
Command changes:
- /mm größe -> /mm grosse (consider Permission changes)
- Change Updatetime for Rent/Auction from 1 min to 30 sec.

After a long time I update MinoriaMarkt directly to the new version 1.16.5. Have fun. There is still something small added, I will write something about it.
