Thank you again for bringing this issue to my attention in the first place. Since I'm waiting to update my own servers (other plugins still haven't updated), I couldn't really test all that much. In case you want to help further: any Java Exceptions in console when someone tries to teleport in spectator mode? Which other plugins are you using? (Maybe one of them reactivates the teleportation event, even though NoSpecTeleport cancelled it)

I'd have recommended that you use v0.6 for Paper 1.16.5 though, just to ensure maximum compatibility. :) But I'm glad you like it.

Since it's working on my 1.16.4 server, would you please provide further information? Which software are you using? (Spigot, Paper, Tuinity, etc.) - and which build exactly?
