Because quite a few people who use Paper are looking for resources on SpigotMC.

Moreover, Paper (fork) has already become mainstream (80%).
You can find many plugins that, do not support Spigot but are still released on SpigotMC.

Some time ago, MinerTrack actually offical supported Spigot,
and it still does now (not officially supported, but it can run),
but bug fixes are not guaranteed.

Sorry, the plugin havn't a wiki page now.
Link discord is easy, you only need change webhook url in config.yml.
If you opened verbose mode, you will receive all check alert.
In general, you only need to notify the staff using /mtrack notify.
