Improved identity card shown

The identity card display can now be changed easily

New feature:
- Multi show : You can now by sneaking and holding your identity card, interact with a player to show your card to all nearby players (5blocks radius)

Changed JAR file name to format: "IdentityCard-{version}.jar"

- Fixed bug for no pack, can take items from the inventory GUI

- Changed the config.yml (remove the old one), added new key:
"plugin-pack": true (if true the plugin resource pack will be used, otherwise not used)

Removed the system that force you to download a pack from my plugin.

Now you can just add the char unicode in the config.yml such as :

* You can now use a new command:

Added a new admin command.
It is a subcommand "listcard".
This command allow you to check all the identities currently created, with a complete page system.

You can check information on it and watch the card.

This command require : mineidentity.listcard permission.
