Minehook is now discontinued.

This is coming from my recent Discord announcement ( https://discord.gg/2wNv7MSJaw)

'I am discontinuing Minehook, my version of a Discord webhook plugin, as the plugin is kinda crap (coding and server performance wise) and there are other plugins that are better than Minehook (e.g, DiscordSRV, DiscordMC)'

Most of the log configs are defaulted to false.
There is two new player log types, advancementGain and playerGMChange (player game mode change)
Now notifies you if you are using an outdated version, or if you are forgetting the webhook url.
