Requirements:
Before starting, ensure you have the following installed:
- .NET Core 8: Download and install from the official site: Download .NET Core.
- Java Runtime: Minecraft servers require Java to run. Ensure you have the required version for your Minecraft server:
• Java 8+ for versions 1.12 to 1.16.5
• Java 16+ for versions 1.17 to 1.17.1
• Java 17+ for version 1.18
• Java 21+ for version 1.21 and above
Download Java. (Only Minecraft 1.17+ is officially supported)
- Latest MinecraftBlazorSuite release: Download from the GitHub Releases.
Installation Steps:
Follow these steps to install MinecraftBlazorSuite on your system (Windows, Mac, or Linux):

Download the latest release:
• Go to the
GitHub Releases page and download the appropriate version for your system.

Configure the application:
• After extracting the downloaded files, open the
’BlazorMinecraftServerSettings.json’ file to set your desired server configurations, such as the server JAR file path and Java arguments.
3.
Start the application:
• Open a terminal or command prompt in the directory where the files were extracted.
• On Windows: Run

• On Linux/Mac: Run

dotnet MinecraftBlazorSuite.dll

Access the web interface:
• Open your browser and go to

http://localhost:5000
or replace ‘localhost’ with your server’s IP address if accessing from a different device.
Setting up Minecraft Server:
After logging into the web interface, you can start your Minecraft server from the console page:
- Login Credentials: Default password is ’12345678’. Please change it after your first login.
- Server Console: Once logged in, navigate to /console and the server will start automatically if configured correctly.
Troubleshooting:
If you encounter any issues, here are some common solutions:
- Error: Unable to access jarfile…
• Ensure the path to the server JAR file is correct in the configuration file.
- Console error: “an error occurred”
• Check if the server JAR is correctly set in the configuration file. This error often indicates a missing or incorrect server JAR.
- File or process is locked…
• This usually means another instance of the server is running. Ensure all previous instances are closed.
