Fixed bug where the compass would activated upon left click while holding an item when the runner is in a different dimension than the hunter.

The new /setup command makes it daytime and gives all players full health and hunger. This command is to usually be used before the game to give all players full health and hunger if they lost any while waiting. Type /setup to use this command.

The hunter's compass now does not track the runner if they are in the Nether or End. It will send an message saying "<runner> is in the End/Nether!"
