Small changes merging

This update brings toggle ability to crouch loading!

Somehow i overlooked this, but you could not see other players. Now, you can... kinda....

it is a bit of a hacky solution however it will remain until i find a different way

Crouch and the chunk in front of you will be loaded!

Custom Permissions!
I have finally added the permission nodes:
OneChunk.seeall -> allows the /seeall command!

Planned:
The Crouch to load feature is coming along, however student work is taking priority. I hope to add it within the month

Mob Unloading Based on Chunk:
Instead of relying on the default render distance, this brings the loading on entities across chunk borders>

Update Checker:
Update Checker has been added to make sure that you have the most up-to-date version.

Attempt to fix the 16x16x16 Cube Glitch:
This has been minorly successful, however not 100%.
