plugin concept is awesome, but needed configuration file to modify what mobs can duplicate, how many mobs can duplicate and chance in % for duplication

The plugin is simple but very cool, it works correctly, however, there is no way to disable it on certain worlds or at any time, nor can you set the probability of duplication, I hope they add these features and the plugin would be a 10/10.

really simple, but totally cool plugin. you can have battles of epic proportions with this one. hope it becomes more tweakable in the future
