Minecraft but Campfires are Crazy | Made for John 2.0

Usage:
There is no command to start it, it is automatically enabled as soon as you load the plugin.
Throw an item onto a lit campfire, and there is a chance it will get multiplied, get a level 1000 enchant, rain witches, rain TNT, start a big fire, spawn a wither, or explode and drop op items.
