Minor update [1.7]
Extended bug fixing and data cache system implemented. Performance in servers using MySQL, or networks, has been improved importantly.

Changelog:

• A data cache system has been implemented. This will upgrade the performance of servers using MySQL (or networks) considerably.
• Voice Chat channels default permissions fixed and in consequence, any other issue related to this.
• Data entries are now created correctly for online players who don't have one, on server enable. Some logs removed in this context.
• New messages added to the config file (replacing the console logs) when the console tries to execute a player-only command/syntax. Fixed the error taking place when executing /md link from the console.
• Unlink commands were not executed correctly when unlinking from command.
• New config messaged added when some unlinked player attempts to execute /md board. The old message was wrong.
• Some minor fixes have been done to the placeholder implementor.
• The priority of the login event has changed so that incompatibilities with other plugins using this same event are prevented.
