Several bugs have been fixed, libraries have been updated, and important security improvements.

Changelog:

• The Discord logger format has been changed to work as the server logger. Some debug logs in relation to hooks have been implemented.
• The blocked-regions config option has been fixed; it will now take into account the world.
• When the Discord nick and the Minecraft nick (with the set nick config option enabled) reach the 32 characters limit, no exceptions will be thrown - instead, the nickname will directly change to the Minecraft name.
• The /minecord command (without arguments) will no longer display info about the plugin, but directly the help message.
• JDA Discord library and DiscordSRV libraries have been updated to the most recent and compatible versions.
• Spomg.me libraries have been updated, some steps to run the plugin for the first time may be required.
