This patch fixes a bug with the messages.yml as well as the /bounty command not working on players who have never had bounties set on them.

First official update for the plugin! I've got several new features to show now that should make everything a lot nicer. Keep in mind that this plugin is mainly experimental

- First, player-head oriented bounties have been introduced and are functioning properly. When enabled in the config, players with bounties will drop their heads. For now, these heads can be right-clicked to get the bounty. The heads only drop once for now. There are more features planned for the head-oriented bounties, which can be found on the Trello page.
- Second, a bug that has been around for a while has been fixed. There was a bug that was causing the bounty in the death message to continue adding up even after the bounty was claimed. This has been fixed.
- The /bounty command now lets you check another player's bounty. Just using /bounty will check your own, but /bounty (player) will check any player for a bounty.
- There is now a messages.yml file to allow for translations and customized messages if your server has a certain format.

You must re-generate your config to gain access to the player head oriented bounties. The feature is disabled by default, so if you are not intending to use this feature, this is just a drag n drop update.
