- Add forge requirement detecting.
*This only detects if forge installed, does not handles any mod compatibility check.
*For example, the teleport will be abort with custom message if the subserver required forge but client not installed, but not process anything if the client installed forge but the mods are not compatible with server.

- Add 'list' command for bungee.
*This command allowed to view the player count for all subservers. Can be used on bungee console.

Due to there is new message added in, please add the following line into 'Messages:' block (in bungee side config file) manually if you want to config the message.
" ForgeRequired: "&cTarget server required forge client."

This update require to replace the Bungee side only. But I recommend to keep the plugin at same version in both side.

This update require to replace both Bungee and Spigot side. If you are not experiencing this issue, just ignore it.
