With this plugin, you can mention a player by using:
And "@" can be set in config.yml.

The mentioned player will display the notification message that he was mentioned in the ActionBar,
and will receive a sound notification (if sound notification is enabled).

Players must have the "MentionNotify.mentionPlayer" permission node to be able to mention other players.
