Works in 1.19 without needing a new version.

I am aware of an issue with using /mctag playername not tagging the player if they are opted-in.

Changes in 3.2:

Removed last Sys.out line to fully eliminate the "Nagging" messages.
Removed LuckPerms as a soft dependency! LUCKPERMS IS NO LONGER USED OR NEEDED!
Added database to hold all players and their optin/optout status (playing or not)

MCTag is now usable even without a specific permissions system!

Removed all STDOUT lines and used the logger, fixes the "Nag the author" messages.

Adds support for 1.18.1 officially.

Other versions not tested but expected to work!

(Will remove stdout "nag" soon)

Update 2.1:

Adds support for 1.12.2 to 1.17.1

All versions tested!

Fixed default not having ability to play. Changed the logic to assume anyone who has not opted-out is playing. No longer need to work around be setting opt-ins for everyone.

Fixes:
- Changed all permissions and commands from "tag" to "mctag" to correct plugin conflicts.
- Fixed /mctag [playername] to work (stupid mistake on my part with string literals)
