New Features:

• Added new sounds:

• New command /place cooldown <time>:
  You can now change the placement cooldown dynamically using this command.
  Example: /place cooldown <30s> sets the cooldown to 30 seconds.
  

1. Automatic Update Check:
Upon startup, the plugin automatically checks if a new version is available. If an update is found, administrators will be notified with details about the latest version.

• Notification: When a new version is detected, administrators will receive a message in the console or chat with the plugin's version number and a link to download the update.
  
  
• Check Process: The update check happens during the plugin's initialization and is done quietly without interrupting the server's operation.
  

2. Interaction Blacklist with interactionblacklist.yml:

• Block Blacklisting: The plugin allows you to define certain Minecraft blocks that players cannot interact with (e.g., right-clicking). These blocks are stored in a configuration file (interactionblacklist.yml).
  
  
• Blacklist Loading: On plugin startup, the interactionblacklist.yml is loaded to determine which blocks are blacklisted. If the file does not exist, it is automatically created.

• This command will provide help or usage information for the plugin.
  
• Permission: place.admin

2. Players Automatically in Creative Mode on Join:

• The players will automatically be placed in Creative mode when they join the server.

3. Clear Player Inventory on Join:

• The player’s inventory will be cleared every time they join.
