Use create-project <name> to create a new project and select a language from the inventory

To open the gui run /mcide
From there you can select a project

You can also run code without creating a project using /run <language> <code>

All the messages are completely customisable using configs

By default the plugin uses the public piston api which has a request limit. If you notice that executing code often takes a long time you can either run your own instance of piston or if you have an api key you can enter it in the config
