The CSV file hasn't been loaded correctly, so after a restart all muted players have been unmuted again and had to be muted again.
Why didn't you guys tell me...?
Fixed it now. Muted players stay muted. Forever. Until explicitely unmuted.
Updating is simple: Just replace the JAR.
