Until now you could have, without issue, masspinged by just typing @here and @everyone in minecraft. V12 fixes this issue.

Added chat moderation. Opt-out feature.
Uses Perspective API. For data privacy policy, inquire at them. I do not store any of your data except for the bot setup.

Changelogs:

1. An aggressive approach at loading the config. Should any value be invalid (invalid port, no webhook/token), the plugin will hang the server. It will attempt to reload the config every 5 seconds, so you don't need to restart the entire server.
   - You can always validate your config.
2. Added a /version endpoint
   - This will automatically inform you when your plugin is outdated.
   - The message will be sent into whatever channel you linked.

FreeMcServer.net has accepted the plugin and is now allowing it. This means you can now download the plugin without issue.

Additionally I've decreased the file size from 17MB to 11KB.
